Rumours have been circulating for months about Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber's relationship, but they insist they're just friends.

The 18-year-old model was supporting the pop heartthrob as he performed at KIIS FM's Wango Tango concert in Carson, California on Saturday.

The starlet was spotted dancing with her foot in a cast alongside close pal Kendall Jenner as they watched Bieber make his grand return after two years away from the music scene.

The girls were rocking matching sunglasses and similar dark locks as they partied in the VIP area.

Kendall looked every inch the rock goddess in her leather jacket and all-black ensemble.

She didn't look too impressed during the concert, with her arms folded across her chest, but Hailey seemed to be getting into the spirit of things.

The model cut a fashionable figure in a white crop top and oversized bomber jacket paired with skinny jeans.

She revealed on Thursday that she'd broken her left foot, Instagramming a picture of her cast with the caption, 'Broke my lil foot smh'.

The brunette beauty suffered the injury on Tuesday on her way to the airport, tweeting: 'I'm about 90% sure I just broke my ankle.'
