Kim Kardashian confessed that she was 'just really shy' in her younger years.
The
34-year-old reality star - who was named one of Time Magazine's 100
Most Influential People - had the confidence to pull off another amazing
outfit as she stepped out for dinner with Kanye West on Wednesday.
Kim
had that New York state of mind going for her in a pair of black flare
trousers and a black lace bodysuit featuring a sheer material that set
off her trim waistline.

black coat hung around her shoulders and kept the evening chill at bay
as she joined her good friend Jonathan Cheban and Ralph Lauren for a
leisurely meal at the designer's own Polo Bar.
'Reunited and it feels so good,' Kim captioned a snap of her, Kanye and friends at the white-clothed table.
Her
raven-dark hair was swept back from her face and allowed to trail down
her back in a neat fall, which served to accentuate her beautifully made
up face.

pair flew out to the Big Apple on Monday ahead of what's already
turning into a busy week for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

On Tuesday night, Kim spoke to Today's Matt Lauer during a special segment highlighting some of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People.
When asked what advice she would give to her younger self, Kim said: 'I wish I had more confidence when I was younger.'
Kim clarified by saying, ''Not really insecure, I was just really shy.'

The dark-eyed beauty hinted at her first marriage to producer Damon Thomas with whom she eloped when she was 19 and he was 29.
'You
think you know so much about love when you're really young and you look
back later and probably realise it is not what you thought it was,' Kim
said of that three-year union that ended in divorce allegedly amid
claims that he physically abused her.
These days, the mother-of-one puts family first ahead of everything including her career.

'Time
is always running out,' Kim told Lauer. 'I feel like there's never
enough time to spend with your family and the people you love.'
Kim, meanwhile, will be among the ladies honoured at Variety's Power Of Women luncheon on Friday.
That's not all, as Kim is also executive producing an HLN documentary entitled #RedFlag, as Deadline.com reported.
The
project - which premieres on May 5 - focuses on the adversarial
relationship between Millennial mental-health challenges and social
media.
