She will turn one on July 8, and it seems the fun is just beginning for little Penelope Disick.
Her mother Kourtney Kardashian was spotted shopping for birthday party supplies with grandma Kris Jenner and aunts Khloe Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner in Calabasas, California, on Friday.
The family was most likely preparing to throw a celebratory bash for the youngster over the long holiday weekend.

Khloe appeared to have been the one to first spot a plastic tiara, featuring brightly coloured candle spires, which Kourtney later purchased, as she picked through toys for her young niece.

Among other gift items the family perused was a frog themed mock lawn mower and a pink flamingo headdress.
But It was Kris who was clearly having the most fun, as she sported a peculiar head adornment whilst engaged in the shopping spree.

The 57-year-old stood still as Khloe placed a neon green bonnet over her head, clearly thrilled to be receiving the affectionate attention.
After Khloe played dress-up with her mother she was off to taste test cupcakes and sweet treats for the party.
The 29-year-old grabbed a handful of cake toppings to sample but got quite the surprise with one of them, as her face could not hide her clear distaste for the confection.

But it wasn't all bad for the reality star, who later stumbled upon her brother Rob Kardashian's line of designer socks in a department store.
Kendall, 17, tweeted a snap of Khloe posing before the high end foot stockings with the caption: 'look what we found'.
Rob, 26, whose older siblings have achieved staggering success in various fashion and beauty ventures, is trying to cash in himself with a sock line called Arthur George which feature his own original designs.

Meanwhile, Khloe, who is desperate to start a family of her own, hasn't had it easy as her sisters Kim and Kourtney are now both mothers.
Her older sister Kourtney shares Penelope and three-year-old son Mason with long time fiancé Scott Disick but Khloe has not had such luck with her husband Lamar Odom.
The couple have been trying to have a baby ever since their 2009 wedding.
Yet Khloe continues to insist that she is not resentful of her older sisters' pregnancies as she explained to Redbook in May: 'Please. People want to assume that I’m devastated. I couldn’t be happier.'

She also opened up about the numerous hormone shots she's endured to correct her infertility problems.

'You have to take those shots consistently and they have to be done by a doctor. You can do them yourself, but I couldn’t,' Khloe admitted.

'And then after your cycle, you have to go to the doctor for ultrasounds and more testing. And if I’m in Miami and miss a treatment, I have to start all over again. It’s a commitment and I don’t mind doing it, but the timing was just off.'

The young woman also admitted: 'It was hard for me to understand what was happening because my mom had six kids and Kourtney got pregnant quickly.'
