She's
pulled out all the stops to get her body back following the birth of
her second child, losing almost 70lbs and undergoing what her surgeon
proudly called 'a non-surgical tummy tuck'.
And
Kim Kardashian proudly paraded the results on a family day at the beach
with her three-year-old daughter North and eight-month-old son Saint in
Punta Mita, Mexico.
The
35-year-old looked fantastic as she got back into her bikini,
showcasing her slim but curvy figure in a nude string two-piece by
Acacia.

The
reality star went for a natural look with her dark hair pulled into a
high ponytail and just a little make-up highlighting her pretty
features.
North
had a bikini in the same shade as her mother's and created for her by
the same label Acacia, and was seen holding Kim's hand and building
sandcastles on the beach.
Kim
was seen cuddling with the two children she shares with husband Kanye
West (although the rapper was not spotted during the outing) as she
introduced their son to the joys of beach life.
The
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star held Saint's hands as she helped
him to take a few steps, before they stopped to play near the water's
edge and then headed to the pool.

Kim
recently revealed she's just a couple of pounds away from her goal
weight of 120lbs, having already lost the weight she gained during her
second pregnancy.
'I
gained 60lbs during my pregnancy but have been an extra 10 lbs up for
the last few years so it's time to really get to my goal,' she tweeted
back in January after welcoming Saint.
Kim has been sticking to the Atkins diet and working out on a near-daily basis in order to achieve her goal.

And last week, she underwent laser skin tightening during a visit to her beloved cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian.
The skin-tightening treatment is performed by a laser, the Epione website reveals.
'The
collagen layer of the skin is heated up so that the skin contracts
under the laser's effects,' Ourian's site claims. 'The tightening of the
skin is noticeable right away after you have the procedure and there is
generally little recovery time following the laser skin tightening.

'It
tightens even more over a two month period of time. It is recommended

Ourian himself was obviously delighted with the results, sharing a video of Kim as she Snapchatted from his surgery.
'Thank

today,' he wrote, tagging the post: '#Skintightening #nonsurgical
#tummytuck'.

Kim
and her sisters are all regular visitors to Epione in Beverly Hills to
receive treatments from Ourian, who is the man behind Kylie Jenner's
famous pout.
Kim recently revealed that
she felt a lot more comfortable with her changing shape during
pregnancy the second time around, and added that while she sometimes
struggles to feel good about her body, her husband Kanye always gives
her the support she needs.

'A big source of my confidence is my husband. I'm my own biggest
critic, and Kanye is my biggest supporter. He always encourages me, and
makes me feel confident about owning all my curves and showing them
off.'
Kim
also said that as the mother of a young daughter, it's important for
her to have a positive body image, so that North will too.
She
added: 'We all have our hang-ups and things we might want to change,
but my curves make me who I am. So I embrace my body and the changes
I've gone through. If anything, those changes remind me of what I'm able
to create with my body: two little angels that I love beyond words.'
