Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian get in touch with their inner child as they sneak onto a carousel ride... while Lamar remains in hospital and Scott continues rehab

Sometimes you just need to be a little silly.

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have both been having tough times recently so are doing their best to support each other.

On Monday, the two sisters distracted each other with some impromptu - and possibly against the rules - fun.

Giddy up! Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian sneaked onto a carousel ride on Monday morning

Kourtney posted a snap of their shenanigans on Instagram, showing herself and her 31-year-old sister on a shopping centre carousel ride.

The two reality stars managed to squish themselves onto a single carousel horse that was meant for children.

For their impromptu ride, both Kourtney and Khloe dressed casually.

The perpetually sportswear-clad Khloe wore a black leggings with a matching hoodie and a pair of ugg boots.

Kourtney also dressed sporty, wearing three-quarter olive leggings with a black zip-up jumper and a pair of brother-in-law Kanye West's Yeezy Boosts in black.

On Sunday, Kourtney sent internet sneaker heads into a frenzy when she revealed the newest colourway for the coveted sneaker by Kanye and Adidas which is a grey shade known as Moonrock.

Over the weekend, Kourtney also posted a snap of herself dressed up for Halloween with her children.

Both the 36-year-old and her daughter Penelope, 3, were Captain America while Mason, who will turn six in December, was Spider-Man and little 10-month-old Reign was dressed as the Flash.

Not with the family was Kourtney's ex Scott Disick - they split in July and he has since been linked to a number of other women - as he is currently seeking treatment in rehab.

Khloe has also been dealing with issues with her estranged husband Lamar Odom.

While now awake, Lamar remains in hospital after he collapsed and slipped into coma reportedly due to a drug overdose.

The reality star has been by her former partner's side since he was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel on October 13.
