It was a whirlwind interview ranging from how Kanye would redecorate the White House to what the couple plan to name their second child.
But
one of the sweetest moments of the day happened behind-the-scenes when
two-year-old North West played backstage with Ellen DeGeneres.
The sweet moment was of course captured by proud mother Kim Kardashian, who posted the snap to her Instagram hours after the daytime chat show aired on Wednesday.

In the photo the 57-year-old chat show host holds up one of North's toys as the child uses a small brush on its hair.
Kim
captioned the snap: 'Who saw @TheEllenShow today? Well this is right
before I went on...Northie & Ellen brushing My Little Pony's hair
lol'.
Meanwhile,
in the interview Kim revealed she does like the name Easton, following
speculation that she is set to name her unborn son after a direction.
The
pregnant star famously named her first-born North, two, because it's
the highest point - and in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, she
reveals she continues to be inspired by the compass.
'I
do like the name Easton,' the 34-year-old said after much speculation.
'I don't think my husband likes that name, but I do like it.
But Kim revealed she's not being secretive, she and Kanye haven't yet decided what they will call their second child.

'I'll start thinking at about eight months,' Kim said. 'So I've got about another month to go.'
The
raven-haired beauty looked incredible in a plunging black dress for the
occasion, topping off the look with a bronze statement necklace.
She wore her hair in a slick ponytail, wearing a full-face of make-up as she sat on the famous couch.
Apple of her eye: Kim revealed she
won't be calling her son South, because her daughter North is named
after the highest point and that wouldn't be fair to him
The name Easton was first brought up in August, when a family friend let slip that the name could be on the cards.
'Easton is the chosen name. It's confirmed that the baby boy will be called Easton,' the source revealed at the time.
The
reality star told NPR: 'I don't like South West, though, because that's
like, you know, North will always, you know, be better and be
more...she has a better direction.'
She
went on to affirm to Shaquille O'Neal on his podcast: 'Why just add
another direction? North is the best. I don't want to try to duplicate
that with a lower direction, you know?'
Still time: Kim said she and Kanye will decide on a name in a month's time, when the star is around eight months pregnant
