Kourtney Kardashian is turning up the heat while enjoying a family getaway to St. Barts after splitting from Scott Disick.

The 34-year-old - who has three young children - was spotted during an exercise session on Tuesday morning, and later that day showed off the results of her regular workouts on Instagram.

Kourtney posed in a teeny white bandeau bikini covered in a green plant print, with a green and white scarf wrapped around her head.

The reality star also wore a gold body chain and large aviator sunglasses, putting her hands on her head as she pouted for the camera.

'Troop Beverly Hills,' she captioned the photo, referring to the 1989 movie about a Beverly Hills housewife who decides to lead a Wilderness Troop after the breakdown of her marriage.

While Kourtney is off on an adventure with her famous family after splitting from her partner of nine years, her idea of the wilderness was a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees.

Although the star enjoyed some down time while topping up her tan, she is in St. Barts to film Keeping Up With The Kardashians with her famous family.

Kourtney had spent the morning working out, and then enjoyed a boat ride with sisters Khloe, Kendall and Kylie, while Kim and mom Kris Jenner skipped out.

The eldest child in the family brought along her three children: Mason, five, Penelope, three, and eight-month-old Reign.

Meanwhile pregnant Kim's daughter North West is also on the trip.

Before jetting off to the luxury Caribbean island, Kourtney is said to have visited Scott at his home in Beverly Hills.

The couple split last month, after photos surfaced showing Scott looking cosy with rumoured ex Chloe Bartoli.

Kourtney is said to be seeking joint custody of the couple's three children, because she wants them to maintain a good relationship with their father.
