'The most amazing little girl': Daddy David Beckham gushes about 'beautiful' daughter Harper as he shares his favourite flashback photo on her fourth birthday

Daddy's little girl Harper Beckham turned four years old on Friday.

But smitten father David obviously can't believe how the '4 beautiful years' have flown after he shared his favourite photo of her from her first year.

The 40-year-old father of four couldn't help but gush about his 'amazing' little girl when he took to Instagram to with a touching tribute on her big day.

He said: 'Possibly my favourite picture of Harper of all time... 4 beautiful years with the most amazing little girl... Happy birthday big girl... ❤️'

The black and white photo captures a four-years-younger David with his first daughter laid out on his chest.

David and wife Victoria have three boys, Brooklyn, 16, Romeo and Cruz but waited for their little girl who came along 10 years into their happy marriage.

The fashion-forward four-year-old has followed in the footsteps of both of her doting parents in recent years.

She's demonstrated a keen flair for style as her mother continues to dress her impeccably for the front row and for days out.

But also, much to her mother's distaste, Harper has indicated that she's got a keen interest in football because Victoria says she has her own sporting strip.

She recently joked: 'Harper loves football. It’s like a dagger going into my heart.

Despite having a special soft spot for his only girl, daddy David manages to share out time with his children pretty well and was seen taking middle son Romeo to the tennis this week.

Sharing a heart melting snap of the pair side by side, he said: 'Wimbledon day with my little man...'
