'I still have hope': Kim Kardashian, 34, rules out adoption and surrogacy for now as she feels she can still conceive with Kanye West

Kim Kardashian has had difficulty conceiving her second child with husband Kanye West.
But instead of getting a surrogate or starting the adoption process, the 34-year-old reality star told Today Show she still thinks she can conceive the old fashioned way.
'I still have hope,' the mother to North, aged one, said just after commenting on stepfather Bruce's transgender tell-all.

Viewers of Kim's E! reality series will find her eagerness to become a parent again is not new.
From joking that she and Kanye have 'sex 500 times a day' to her overzealous baby fever shared with her sisters Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kylie and even momager Kris Jenner, Kim has chronicled the multiple doctors visits and intimate conversations in front of the camera about producing a sibling for North.
'They say if you've been trying for a year, then you usually need a little bit of help,' Kim stated.

'I had a tough delivery, so I understand what my challenges are. I mean, I'm seeing the best doctors and I'm trying to do everything that I can to make that happen.'
In the second episode of the tenth season, Kim underwent surgery to remove a piece of her placenta that was left after delivering North in June 2013.
Although the procedure was claimed to be successful, the social media maven is yet to share a new baby announcement with her fans and followers.
'We're trying to figure out what's going on,' she said. 'They have recommended to me to get a surrogate.'

Mom Kris even jokingly suggested asking big sister Kourtney to carry the second child - whom Kim wishes would be a boy. The 36-year-old Kourtney already has three children with longtime love Scott Disick.
'I would like to hold out a little bit longer, and still try. I still have hope, so I'm just going to keep on trying. Never say never. I mean, we haven't talked about adopting,' Kim said.
Perhaps she is taking a break from the baby craze, as she also admitted that being a mother-of-one is a gift in itself.
'I think you get kind of over it to the point where, I'm so blessed that I have one, and I don't want to take my focus off of her so much.'
