He recently signed a short-term lease on a Beverly Hills mansion allegedly worth a staggering $60,000 per month in rent.

And it hasn't taken Justin Bieber long to make his new house a home, inviting a group of male friends over on Wednesday to spend a leisurely afternoon by the pool.

The 20-year-old singer went shirtless to sun himself in his open-plan garden, showing off his impressive abs and ever-increasing amount of body art.

Newly-blonde Justin surprised fans when he unveiled his peroxide crop last week, which has definitely helped reinforce his bad boy image.

Justin was spotted paddling around in his pool's shallows while chatting to his friends.

They also indulged in a spot of playful wrestling as they headed back inside the stunning glass house.

The Baby hit-maker's extravaggant new property boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a seven car garage, according to gossip website TMZ.

The ultra modern circular abode spans 6,537 square feet and is designed by well-known architect Ed Niles.

It also boasts other luxuries like a lift, a massive breakfast bar and a spa.

Meanwhile, Justin is rumoured to have started dating model Hailey Baldwin after the pair were spotted out together several times, but she insists they are 'just good friends'.

It seems his eternal on/off romance with Selena Gomez is over for good, however, with the Disney starlet revealing she wishes her ex nothing but the best.

She told Norway's NJR radio on Thursday: 'I definitely have so much respect and love for him.'

When quizzed about Bieber's radical new hairdo, Selena laughed and diplomatically replied: 'That's for him. I'll let him answer all that.'
