D’Banj Tweets Then Deletes Tweet About The Missing Girls After Fans Uproar

Another day of music promotion it was for Nigerian music superstar D’Banj this afternoon, May 1st 2014.
D’Banj took to Twitter to promote his latest single Bother You only for him to be blasted by his fans for being nonchalant about the current #BringBackOurGirls issue which is currently gathering momentum worldwide.
The #BringBackOurGirls issue is a global trend about 230 missing school students who were kidnapped in Nigeria last month -with D’Banj choosing to promote his new single instead of the global issue, questions were asked about his position as a UN ambassador for peace.
After high imposing from his fans, D’Banj finally gave in. He tweeted;

D’Banj immediately then deleted both the tweet about the missing school girls, and the one he has used to promote his new single Bother You.
