Vacation buddies! Samuel L. Jackson and basketballer Magic Johnson pal around the island of Capri as their wives shop for designer clothes

Summer vacationing in Italy appears to have become a ritual for the two stars.
Basketball legend Magic Johnson and iconic movie actor Samuel L. Jackson took to the island of Capri for their second shared Italian holiday in three years.
The famous duo were accompanied by their wives for the adventure, where they were spotted lounging in a chartered yacht and shopping along the cobblestoned pathways, on Tuesday.

The pals took to Italy in 2011 for a similar family holiday in the Genoan city of Portofino.

But the friends clearly wanted another go at the country as they opted this time to sight see on the famous island centred in the Tyrrhenian Sea.
As Magic and the women shopped at the Prada store, Jackson could be seen stepping outside for a breath of fresh air, apparently having little patience for perusing racks of designer clothing.

The 64-year-old Django Unchained star was later spotted weaving through a packed avenue with six foot nine Magic trailing behind him.
The two men could be seen exchanging a few words as Jackson talked over his shoulder.
But the pair of buddies soon got a chance to rest their feet as they grabbed a bite to eat on a yacht overlooking the aqua blue sea.

Magic, 53, was clearly enjoying his time in Italy as he updated his public Facebook page with anecdotes from his vacation.
One status update gushed about all the attention he was receiving while on holiday.
The former NBA point guard wrote, on Monday: 'I didn't realize Italians love basketball just as much as we do in the US. Almost everyone in Capri lined up to take a picture with me!'

But he was not alone in keeping his social media feed active, as Jackson made sure to regularly update his Twitter.
The Snakes On A Plane star may have been in the mood to comment on sports as he was on vacation with one of the NBA's all-time greatest players.
Jackson wrote, regarding basketball news: 'Traveling in Europe, missed the Doc Rivers move. Like it!! KG & da Truth to Bklyn, really Like that!!! New Beast in da East!! Tuffness!'

Meanwhile, Jackson is set to star in the sequel to The Avengers.
He will team up once again with Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, and Robert Downey Jr. as he reprises his role as Nick Fury.
The film, written and directed by Joss Whedon, is slate for release on May 1 2015.
