Maria Fowler looks subdued as she steps out for the first time since suicide attempt

Maria Fowler has stepped out for the first time since she attempted to take her own life last month.
The former Only Way Is Essex star looked subdued as she took her dog for a walk and picked up some supplies as she took a stroll near to her mother's Derby house, where she has been staying since her overdose.
The 26-year-old star wore a turquoise T-shirt, jeans and trainers she walked along with her sausage dog David.

With her red hair swept up and minimal make-up, Maria failed to raise a smile as she was photographed after picking up a magazine and can of sugar free Red Bull.
Maria, who is still believed be dating ice hockey player James Morgan, was hospitalised for three nights earlier this month after taking an overdose of pills due to 'personal issues' she was suffering from.
A friend close to the troubled star told the Mirror at the time: ‘Maria was feeling at an all-time low. She was facing a lot of personal issues, but James has been there for her.
‘She just needs time to recover so she is taking a bit of time out with her mum.’

Following the ordeal, Maria wrote on her Twitter page: 'I am overwhelmed by the support I have received from total strangers. You’re all Angels to me x #thankyou.'
She then spoke of her intention to draw more attention to those suffering from mental issues or depression, writing: 'One in four people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their lives. #fact
'Around one in ten children experience mental health problems. Depression affects around one in 12 of the whole population. #facts.'

Maria has previously admitted to suffering from depression and suicidal tendencies.
After leaving TOWIE last year amid reports she had been working as an escort, she revealed she had been prescribed anti-depressants to help her deal with the way she was feeling.
At the time she told the Daily Star Sunday: ‘My whole world is a mess because of these evil claims. When I heard what was going to be printed I felt suicidal. I just thought if I ended it all and I wasn't here any more I wouldn't have to deal with this.’
Prior to that she was prescribed anti-depressants after splitting with footballer Lee Croft, again revealing she felt like ending her own life.
