Rob Kardashian admitted recently that he had started a diet and fitness plan after gaining 40lbs.

But his sisters Khloe, 28, and Kim, 32, clearly aren't impressed with the apparent slow pace of his weight loss.

The pair are seen picking at salads while discussing staging an intervention to curb their brother's fast food habit in a sneak peek of the June 9 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians on E!.

The women get onto the subject after Kim tells Khloe about her earlier massage.

'So I was getting a massage last night, and the girl told me if you scratch yourself that's how you get stretch marks because your skin gets really itchy. And Rob has them. Maybe for the fact that he flakes on me all the time,' she said.

Khloe then suggests using 'reverse psychology' to get him to lose weight.

'We need to psyche him out . . . Maybe let Rob binge out a little.'

'If we put him in a room and just give him burgers, fries and pizza,' concurs Kim.

'We get him so sick that he's like I could never eat fast food again,' says Khloe.

'At this point,' says Kim, 'I'm willing to try anything.'

Rob revealed in February that he had gained 40lbs after his breakup with Rita Ora.

And in March, he told the media that he weighed 235lbs but was trying to lose the weight by exercising twice a day.

Although he's no longer following a strict fitness routine, he's watching his diet.

'I’m kind of doing my own thing with Lamar Odom’s trainer. He’s on salary since he was 19 years old, so he works for us. I’ve been spending time with him,' Rob told Us.

'I’m not really drinking out here in Vegas — I’ve been here since Wednesday and I leave Monday — that’s way too long,' he said. 'But I’m trying to get in a healthy direction.'

'I still have to lose like 40 to 50lbs believe it or not. Six months I should be there,' he added.
