Kim Kardashian's upcoming divorce trial will be a family affair.
Court records show that the 32-year-old's legal team intend to call her mother and manager Kris Jenner to the witness stand.
Several lawyers will discuss the pair's prenuptial agreement but her famous sisters Khloe and Kourtney are not expected to testify about the reality star's brief marriage.

Humphries is seeking an annulment of the pair's 72-day marriage, claiming it was based on fraud.
The filing states Kardashian will testify that she 'did not defraud (Humphries) into marrying her.'
Kardashian's boyfriend, Kanye West, and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe are not listed as probable witnesses.

Humphries' witness list has not yet been filed.
Last week a judge refused Kardashian's request to move the start date of her divorce trial from estranged husband Kris Humphries from May 6 to May 3.
In court documents seen by RadarOnline, her lawyer, Laura Wasser 'respectfully requests the trial start one day earlier... and that there be no trial on May 6 due to [Kim's] unavailability. Kim Kardashian has a previously scheduled engagement in New York City on May 6.'
However, the judge sided with Kris' lawyer, Benjamin Johnson, who argued 'Counsel for Petitioner Kimberly Kardashian specifically requested the May 6 trial start date back in February.'
Kim and her new boyfriend Kanye West are expecting their first child in July.
She recenlty admitted that she had intended to wait until she was divorced and remarried before falling pregnant.
In the season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, which aired in the US on Sunday, she said: 'I just cannot believe I am having a baby. Kanye and I are like 'Is this happening?' Oh my God. Am I ready for this? Like, can I handle this?
'The whole plan with my doctor was to go to Miami, get off birth control, really clean out my system, freeze my eggs and I got pregnant.

'I was freezing my eggs because I did not want to get pregnant right this minute, I wanted to wait until I got divorced and hopefully remarried.
'This whole experience for me has been just shocking, exciting, but shocking.'
Kris and Kim have been fighting about how to legally end their 72-day marriage since October 2011.
